Awareness
“Awareness is the first light before choice.”
We begin by noticing the fork between reaction and response — the quiet moment where change actually starts.
“There is a space between each breath — a pause before thought, before movement, before choice.”
“This work isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering what’s steady underneath the noise.”
Five sessions. One rhythm. Held with Mark Tulloch — one-to-one or in a small group, in Bali or online. No jargon, no performance. A steady return to what is already there.
Each session opens with a single idea, lands it in your life, and leaves you with a practice you can carry.
“Awareness is the first light before choice.”
We begin by noticing the fork between reaction and response — the quiet moment where change actually starts.
“Life responds to the energy you do things with.”
Every word and action carries a frequency — learning to tune it transforms the way we move through the world.
“When thought, word, and action align, peace replaces effort.”
Integrity is where consistency meets kindness — action becomes natural when guided by alignment, not pressure.
“Every encounter reflects the frequency you carry.”
Life mirrors your inner system. Each moment becomes feedback — an invitation to witness, not judge.
“Presence isn’t something you reach. It’s what remains when you stop reaching.”
Stillness is inclusion — the art of allowing all that arises without resistance.
End in stillness. Breathe together without words. Presence speaks when the mind rests.
“Between the inhale and the exhale — who are you?”
Three small returns, every day. That’s the whole integration. Nothing to add to your calendar — only something to remember.
Three ways in — and a separate door for parents, The Captain’s Map, below. Most people start with a single Clarity Mapping session, then decide whether the full Journey is right for them. Every conversation starts on WhatsApp.
Understand yourself. Change your direction. One focused session that maps where you actually are.
The full rhythm — Awareness, Intention, Action, Reflection, Presence — held over five sessions, with the Daily Return practice woven through.
For founders, operators and leaders who want the framework applied to the whole system — the business, the team, and the person running it.
Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah and confirmed on WhatsApp before anything is booked. If money is the only thing in the way, say so — we’ll talk.
Every Clarity Mapping session produces the same seven-part map — written by Mark in plain language and sent to you after the session — plus a 30-Day Reset Plan, so the map turns into a life rather than a document.
Where you actually are. Age, stage, what is happening, what has stopped working. No interpretation yet — just the ground.
The sentences running underneath — about safety, love, worth — that quietly decide what you do next.
Fear, anxiety, resentment, fatigue — named, not judged. Feelings are information about the system, not verdicts on you.
Trigger → reaction → conflict → collapse → repeat. Once you can see the loop on paper it cannot run you the same way.
The one decision that changes direction — from reaction on autopilot to a response you actually chose.
Awareness, Intention, Action, Reflection, Presence — each with one concrete move you can make this week.
Usually shorter, and kinder, than the story you arrived with. This is the line people keep.
Five non-negotiable core rules for all thirty days, then a single focus per week — each with a daily add-on, tasks, a micro-challenge and a target outcome.
If a rule breaks, you reset the next day. No spiral.
Clarity Maps are private documents written for one person. The structure above is what every client receives; the contents are theirs alone.
When a child gets a diagnosis — ADHD, ASD, twice-exceptional, “difficult” — the system hands you a category. What it rarely hands you is a map. High-output, fast-processing minds are managed as problems to be contained rather than systems to be understood, and the child learns to see themselves through what’s wrong with them instead of what’s remarkable about how they’re wired.
“Your child has X. Here are the medications, the accommodations, the coping strategies. Manage the symptoms.”
“Your child processes the world differently. Here is how their system actually works — and how to build on that.”
“A 13-year-old doesn’t need more labels. They need a Personal Operating System — and a parent who understands how to read it.”
Not a therapy session. Not a report card. A structured, one-session deep dive that produces three concrete tools — for the child, and for you.
A custom visual diagram of your child’s cognitive and emotional architecture. How they receive information, where they shut down, what unlocks them. Designed to be shown to them.
A written reframe of their diagnosed traits as system features — not bugs. Their top three operating strengths and their two highest-risk pressure points.
A practical communication framework built for how their mind works. What to say. What not to say. How to re-enter after conflict. How to build trust with their system.
You don’t need to tick every box. If one of these resonates, this session was built for you.
“I’ve spent 35 years reading people under pressure — in nightclubs, boardrooms, crisis hotlines, and coaching rooms. Young people with complex minds aren’t problems to solve. They’re systems I haven’t yet learned to read. That’s what this session fixes. Not the child. The map.”Mark Tulloch · Conscious Systems · Kerobokan, Bali
One session. Three tools. A completely new relationship with your child’s mind.
Limited availability — Mark works with a maximum of six families per month. Sessions via Zoom globally, or in person in Kerobokan, Bali.
“This began as survival — a way to make sense of chaos. Now it lives wherever awareness meets kindness.”
You are not learning. You are remembering.
Mark spent more than three decades running high-pressure hospitality across the UK, Australia and Bali — bars, restaurants, teams, and the chaos that comes with them. Conscious Systems is what he built to stay steady inside it: a way of seeing that began as survival and became a practice.
He calls it Street Code → Soul Code — the rules we learn to survive, and the quieter code we return to when we stop reacting. It runs through everything he does: this Journey, his books, his music, and the businesses he still operates in Bali today.
